  • What payment methods are available for my order?

    Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal. We do not accept wire transfers, checks, or postal orders. We also offer the option of installment payments in partnership with Klarna

  • Is the payment secure?

    Yes, our payment platforms use 3D Secure, providing additional protection against fraud. This technology directs the customer to an authentication page on their bank's website, requiring them to enter a password associated with the credit card or a code sent to their phone. Additionally, we do not have access to your bank details.


  • What happens after my order is confirmed?

    You will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your personal information and your cart. We will prepare your order upon confirmation. Subsequently, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, including the tracking number for your parcel.

  • I haven't received an email confirmation for my order?

    If you encounter an issue receiving the confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk email folder. If there is no trace, please contact us at the following email address: contact@heritagebympeck.com.


  • Can I get a refund or modify an already confirmed order?

    Except for canvas editions, after payment of your cart and upon receipt of the confirmation email for your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at contact@heritagebympeck.com. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your order. In this case, we can proceed with the refund, which you will receive within 5 to 10 business days from the cancellation of your payment.


  • How are my personal data used?

    Your personal data are used for buyer identification purposes and for the execution of the purchase contract between the customer and our company as the selling party. They may also enable us to send you promotional (with your consent), technical messages, or conduct statistical surveys to improve our website. For more information, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section.

  • What are the delivery times? Are they guaranteed?

    The maximum estimated delivery time (including manufacturing and shipping time) is 7-10 business days for paper and acrylic resin editions. For canvas editions touched up by the artist, the delivery time is 22-25 business days, except for exceptional or unforeseeable circumstances not caused by our own actions. The times provided are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Can I change my delivery/billing address?

    You can modify your delivery or billing address on our website at any time before your parcel is shipped. After this step, please directly contact the carrier responsible for your parcel. All necessary information is included in the email confirming the shipment of your parcel, where your tracking number is provided.

  • Can I return my edition after delivery? How does the refund process work?

  • Which countries do you deliver to?

    We deliver internationally. In case of impossibility of delivery due to force majeure, your order will not be processed, and you will be immediately refunded.
