Delivery

HERITAGE by Mpeck ships worldwide, unless specific legal restrictions apply to a particular country.

We use French postal services for delivery, providing a tracking number and a signature.

The delivery time includes the shipping time (the time between order confirmation and actual handover to the carrier).

The delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days for paper and acrylic resin editions.

The delivery time is approximately 22-25 days for a canvas edition touched up by the artist.

Delivery times are provided as an indication and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

Embellished canvas editions are not eligible for the return policy.

If you wish to return your item(s), please send us an email before doing so : please use this form.

To receive a refund for a returned item:

• Items must be in a sellable condition and in their original packaging (if applicable);
• Items must not have been damaged;
• Original invoice as proof of purchase must be provided;
• Return shipment must be prepaid (unless otherwise mutually agreed) and have a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

HERITAGE by Mpeck assumes no responsibility for returns that do not meet the above guidelines.

Refunds

Once the refund is approved, you will receive a refund using the same method you used to pay. Please note that due to varying processing times of individual issuers, credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your account.

HERITAGE by Mpeck accepts various payment methods:

• Stripe/Credit Cards: Credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, etc.) are processed through Stripe.
• Paypal: At the end of the payment process, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account.

Pre-order

An estimated delivery date, usually between 3 and 5 weeks, will be provided when you confirm your pre-order.
